1. What is your typical production time?

Typical production time runs from 7-10 business days. Rush is also available. If we can do it we will accept the rush job at no extra charge, if we can’t make the deadline, we won’t accept the job.

2. What makes your company unique?

Linkworld has done project for many fortune 100 companies (through our distributors) in the USA. Linkworld also own our own factories, unlike those who buy from “partner” factories. This is the only way to ensure quality and control production as well as production time.

3. What are the acceptable artwork formats?

Vector artwork is a must for accurate printing. We accept vector EPS, AI, PDF, PSD and TIFF formats. Text typesetting is available at no extra charge provided the font needed is readily available or supplied.
JPEG, GIF and BMP Files are acceptable buy may incur art cleanup fee and strongly discouraged.

4. Do you sell direct In USA?

No we do not under any circumstances sell directly to end users for promotional products. This way you can safely refer your client directly to our site. We also do not list ANY pricing on our website.

5. How do I place an order?

Simply email or fax a PO to your sales representatives. You may also email the associated artwork to your sales rep. Once we receive your order your sales rep will contact you within 1 hour along with the artwork proof. If you were not contacted within the time period please do give us a call to ensure we receive the PO and the artwork.

6. Why does your USB quote have an expiration date ?

This is due to the nature of the market where the raw material cost fluctuates daily. We sent out weekly pricing email to our clients on Mondays. 7. What are the standard services included at no extra charge in every quote ?

Unless specified otherwise  all quotes provided includes up to 2 color imprint on 1 location. There are no setups or running charges. PMS color matching on the imprint is also included. Data uploading up to 100mb are also included.

8. Why is there no pricing listed on your website ?

We operate in 3 countries and do business in 20+ countries. Pricing structure differs from one location to the next along with currency conversion. To get the most updated pricing it would be best to inquire directly to your local sales representatives.
